License Key Usage

You are not allowed to share your license key with anyone for any reason. Each key is tied to a single user and hardware configuration.

Reverse Engineering Prohibited

You are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with N0vana in any way. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using network analysis tools (e.g., Fiddler, Wireshark) while the software is running
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Modifying or altering the software code

Payment Terms

You are not allowed to chargeback or dispute payments. Chargebacks will result in immediate permanent blacklisting from all our services.

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue this product or any of its features at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Account Management

We reserve the right to blacklist any user at any time for any reason we deem applicable, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious activity
• Abuse of our services
• Threatening behavior towards staff or community

Data Collection

You agree to us logging the following information for security and authentication purposes:

• Discord ID and username
• IP address
• Hardware ID (HWID)
• License activation and usage data

Violation Consequences

Breaking any of these terms will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting without refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided except in cases where the user does not have a compatible Windows system. Compatibility requirements are clearly stated before purchase.

Community Conduct

If you are caught intentionally reporting players using this program in an attempt to get them banned, you will be permanently blacklisted.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your Discord account. If your account is compromised and used to violate these terms, you will be held accountable.

Terms Modification

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Purchase Rights

We reserve the right to deny anyone from purchasing this product for any reason at our sole discretion.
